Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden has dismissed rumors of tension between him and girlfriend Nicole Richie, while the pregnant socialite has also denied a report that she has been smoking.According to People, Madden said, “Having a baby is the most exciting thing that's ever happened to me, and to us.” Good Charlotte recently toured Australia, after which he and Richie spent “a great little getaway” in Thailand. He said, “Now we're just getting home, getting settled in L.A. and getting ready.” Their baby is reportedly due in January.
