Milk Good For Ya

Jason Wade hit up the Lifehouse blog again to write about a recent interview with BodyByMilk.com. The singer says it got him thinking about how milk is not a part of his life anymore. He writes, “I have decided to work milk back into my daily diet. I just haven’t decided whether or not to drink two percent, or nonfat. To me if you’re gonna drink nonfat, you mine as well be drinking water; which I don’t drink enough of either.”

Perhaps more important than Jason’s calcium intake is music. And the rocker says he’s started a few new songs, one on the piano and another on guitar. He’s only got melodies, no lyrics.
